Trillo’s manager, Popoy Caritativo posted a very rare behind-the-scene photo of Dennis wearing tight swimming trunks as he came out of the swimming pool.

Comedian John Lapus failed to resist the charm of Trillo and left a remark on the post of Caritavito, expressing his thanks in behalf of the GBT (Gays, Bisexuals and Trans) community.
