Recently, Maja Salvador and John Lloyd Cruz have been spotted many times together, much like their characters in the hit movie, One More Chance. So when the photo of John Lloyd Cruz and Angelica Panganiban dining together in Makati surfaced, fans couldn't help but ask about Maja's reaction. In an interview on her latest endorsement, AMA University Online Education, Maja politely answered the issue saying:
"Bakit naman hindi? Alam mo, they are good friends. Bilang friend ko si Angelica, super friend ko si John Lloyd. Hindi naman porket hindi na sila ay hindi na sila pwedeng mag sama,"
"Maganda nga iyon friends sila. Kahit na magkahiwalay na sila, ang maganda ay friends sila," she added.
She also emphasized that she and John Lloyd are just good friends.
