When we hear about r*pe, the first thing that comes to our mind is that the male is the perpetrator and the female is the victim. But not in this case.
A 39-year old woman, whose last name was Chen, has been charged for having forced a s*xual intercourse with a 13-year old boy.
Chen, who is a single mother, became friends with the young man while fetching his 12-year-old son from his Taekwondo class.
According to reports, the incident happened when the boy sought for a place to stay after having a fall out with his parents. Chen then took him in.
While he was at Chen’s house, Chen let him watch some adult movies and had s*x with him for about 30 minutes. She reportedly pushed him in her bed and forcefully took off his shirt while her son was in the living room, watching TV.
Apparently, she told the media “This will happen again in the future anyway” and that she was aroused when the boy refused to give in to her demands.
On prior occasions, the boy reportedly received gifts from Chen as she referred to him as her “baby.”
The incident was revealed when he started having troubles urinating. His mother took him to the hospital and found out he had been suffering from inflammation and peeling skin on his sensitive parts. After eager inquiries, he had finally spoken out.
His parents filed a police report against Chen upon discovery. Chen denied all the allegations bestowed upon her but she didn’t pass the lie detector exam.
Chen was charged with r*pe and will face a 10-year sentence in behind bars.
