Though some just kept quiet about the issue, there are still some who took their anger on the result to social media and blasted hate posts on Horn and his country.
This is the reason why Agot Isidro got upset. She even shared an article written by Daily Mail UK about the Filipino fans targeting Jeff Horn and his wife on social media. She even said "Nakakahiya!" pertaining to the behavior that Filipino fans showcased online.
Well, Agot Isidro actually has a point with her question and statement. Whenever Manny wins, we and Manny receive a "congratulations" from other countries, even from the country of his rival, but when Manny loses, some Filipino fans do not congratulate his opponent, instead, they bash him.
