This 4-Year-Old Was Chained, Beaten And Burned By Cigarettes; Finally, Gets Rescued!

Children are supposed to be nurtured because they are young, full of potential and are ready to take on life with their optimism. 

But what if you heard someone treated like, or worse, than a dog by his own father? 

This four-year-old boy was found in a Mexico City apartnment with cigarette burns and scars all over his body. He is also malnourished and thin. 

Mexican authorities were referred to the apartment after an anonymous call.

Arrested after the operation that ensured are his alleged uncle and aunt Juan Carlos Loaeza and Olivia Castro.

Both of them denied that the boy is in their custody. However, after a search in an unlit room in the house, they found the boy cowering in the corner. 

The operation took place at an apartment in the street of Cabo Catoche in the colony of Gabriel Hernandez, in a neighborhood north of downtown.
