Backpacks are essential part of a student’s life. It is a convenient way to carry school supplies and books. However, experts say that children should carry no more than 10% to 15% of their body weight in their bag.  Still, many kids carry more than what is advised.

Others also think that schools should take concern in the issue and consider giving kids lockers where they can keep their stuff so they do not have to carry their books every day.
