Ginger was the 1st runner-up on Miss Philippines Earth in 2006, winning the Miss Philippines Air title. After her Miss Earth stint, she joined ABS-CBN as an entertainment reporter for TV Patrol and Mornings at ANC.

9. PATRICIA TUMULAK.
Patricia joined Miss Philippines Earth in 2009 and made it to the top 5. She was named Miss Philippines Fire. She also competed in Binibining Pilipinas in 2011 and was chosen as one of the Top

Even before joining PBB and winning the runner-up spot, Kisses was already well-known in her hometown of Masbate, having been crowned Miss Kaogma in 2016.

6. ASHLEY ORTEGA.
Aside from being crowned Ms. Olive C 2014 Campus Model, Ashley was a figure skater and competed in Malaysia and Thailand to represent the Philippines.

5. KOREEN MEDINA.
Koreen won the top title of Mutya ng Pilipinas Asia Pacific International in 2013. She also placed 3rd runner-up and was chosen as Miss Intercontinental Queen of Asia and Oceania at the Miss Intercontinental 2013 pageant held in Germany.

4. SANYA LOPEZ.
Sanya, known today as Queen Danaya, finished as a runner-up in Reyna Ng Bulacan 2013 and Reyna Ng Aliwan 2014.
