A video uploaded on Facebook is currently trending online. It shows the youngest son of presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte named Sebastain "Baste" Duterte eating his lunch on a sidewalk.
It was seen that he was wearing a loose, white sando and shorts. His friends were also asking him to greet his thousands of fans who are watching the live feed.
Baste would just give a smile or a quick wave towards the camera. He would also throw winks and blow kisses. However, he would just look down and shy away from the camera most of the time.
It seems that Baste doesn't have the confidence his father has when many eyes are on him. In fact, he admitted in an interview that he found the crowds of his father's campaign to be overwhelming and he shares that he would love to stay in Davao if his father will be president.
Moreover, fans love his singing voice. His video singing Incubus' "Drive" already has more than 250,000 views in less than a day after being uploaded.
He is also admired for his sense of humor. He happily replies to comments of marriage proposals with 'emojis'.
However, Baste told the public that he is not ready for the spotlight that certainly comes for being the son of the president.
